About Play & Train
Play & Train is designed to get athletes ready for the upcoming club volleyball season. Led by elite coaches, our sessions will focus on building a strong technical foundation, enhancing volleyball IQ, and creating a supportive, yet competitive environment for maximum growth.
Space is limited so register early to participate in this fun and exciting program. CRUSH ensures high quality instruction for all levels of experience and ability.
Program Details
- Who: Co-ed, Grades 6-10
- When:
- Grades 6-7: Thursdays, 5:45-7:15pm
- Grades 8-10: Thursdays, 7:15-8:45pm
- Where: Robron Centre Gym
- Cost: $150 (includes 6 weeks + t-shirt)
